“…you will never regret time spent blowing bubbles…”
Saturdays are for sleeping late, long stretches, pancakes (French Toast if you live in my house) and a brief return to free-spirited, childlike irresponsibility. Lying in sunlight, watching my niece from beneath a cashmere throw, I fumbled for my camera snapping the shutter just seconds before a small bubble appeared at the end of her wand, and popped right on her nose. Ahhhhh…. Saturdays. Only five more days until the next one.

I think I had more fun just watching my children and then grandchildren chasing the bubbles in the park than they did. I was smarter than them though. I chased rainbows. Still do.

Well, if you are serious you will have to get a good pair of pastel colored running shoes. I like coral, aqua and white.

Well a lovely post as usual starring your very photogenic niece. Unfortunately I’m reading this at work on Monday so no French toast or pancakes for me, just some walnuts, dried apricots, and a banana for later. But yes, only 5 more days till the next Saturday, though my weekends starts on Fridays since I have three days weekends. Blowing bubbles was something I used to love to do with my dog. He would start to chase them and then wonder where they went after they popped, usually on his nose. Have a good week and I ditto the compliments on your new photo.
